Refund Policy

Credits are a digital good delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final. We still make exceptions in these cases:

• Failed generations are refunded automatically to your credit balance as soon as the job fails.
• Unused credit packs bought in the last 14 days can be refunded in full on request if no credit from the pack has been spent.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; the current period stays active and does not renew. The first charge of a new subscription can be refunded within 14 days if fewer than 10% of the period's credits were used.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To ask for one, write to [email protected] from the email on your account and name the order number from your payments page.
